Power of positive thinking – What Positive and Negative Thoughts Do to Your Brain Each of our daily choices of thoughts is not only contributing in designing our current reality, but also impacting farthest-reaching effects which is beyond the range of human perception, it’s on grand universal level, check your thoughts and intentions? Is it contributing uplifting your health or setting the stage for unintended troubles?

Various researches has shown that our thinking creates our reality. Who we are today is a net result of what is going in our mind day in day out.

Positive emotions can help improve your work, your health, and your life, and they play a bigger role in helping you to achieve better health.

Whereas, a lot of the times we blame ourselves for things that may occur in our lives, especially the negative occurrences. We feel sorry for ourselves and end up in being sad and angry.

A NEGATIVE THOUGHT LOOP – A negative thought loop occurs when you think about something troubling or distressing over and over again and you can’t let it go. This can lead to symptoms of anxiety and depression when you can’t let go of the negative thoughts.

 

POSTIVE THOUGHT LOOP- With tips taught during the session you can certainly redirect your thoughts to help you get out of the negative thought loop. To reframe your thoughts, check them for accuracy and consider constructive ways to think about

After a cool down and stretch, Satpal asked the group to make 2 essential changes in their lives:
